Introducing the HR Collaborative 
Join us for the official public launch of the HR Collaborative, a new professional community created to connect HR professionals and the partners who support their work.
The HR Collaborative is designed to be a broader space for connection, shared learning, practical resources, and meaningful conversations around the workforce issues affecting our organizations and community. Participants will have opportunities to learn from one another, exchange ideas and experiences, build professional relationships, and help shape future conversations and programming.
The Collaborative is supported by the HR Council, a smaller group of HR professionals who help guide priorities, identify relevant topics, and support the continued development of the Collaborative.
For this first public gathering, we’ll focus on two priorities identified by the Council: training & development and retention. We’ll also look ahead and invite attendees to help identify the workforce needs and opportunities the Collaborative should explore next.
Be Part of the Conversation
This will not be a traditional presentation. Brief perspectives will help frame facilitated table conversations where attendees can learn from one another, share challenges and successes, exchange tools and resources, and leave with practical ideas and new connections.
