DESCRIPTION:Introducing the HR Collaborative \n\nJoin us for the official public launch of the HR Collaborative\, a new professional community created to connect HR professionals and the partners who support their work.\n\nThe HR Collaborative is designed to be a broader space for connection\, shared learning\, practical resources\, and meaningful conversations around the workforce issues affecting our organizations and community. Participants will have opportunities to learn from one another\, exchange ideas and experiences\, build professional relationships\, and help shape future conversations and programming.\n\nThe Collaborative is supported by the HR Council\, a smaller group of HR professionals who help guide priorities\, identify relevant topics\, and support the continued development of the Collaborative.\n\nFor this first public gathering\, we'll focus on two priorities identified by the Council: training & development and retention. We'll also look ahead and invite attendees to help identify the workforce needs and opportunities the Collaborative should explore next.\n\nBe Part of the Conversation\n\nThis will not be a traditional presentation.
