Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Columbia, Tennessee

CHRC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our daily operations while ensuring our organization runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support our
CHRC mission. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and work orders
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are up-to-date
  • Manage resident collections and customer service functions
  • Assist Property Management team with resident screenings and recertifications
  • Support various projects as required
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, financial, customer service, and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
