Description
This FREE workshop will go in depth following the journery from seed to plant, and will guide our Future Gardeners through the task of planting seeds , understanding the science of germination and how to care for these plants once they emerge through the soil looking for sunlight. Each child will be supplied with a peat pot and soil to plant either a veggie or flower seeds (their choice). After potting their seeds, participants will be able to take their pots home to care for their plants, later transferring them to the garden or larger pot. This workshop is geared for children ages 9-14.
