Essentially\, StrengthsGenius  allows employers to take note of what is oh so right with their employees so that they may more effectively and strategically capitalize on their skills. Organizations who've participated in StrengthsGenius  consistently report less turnover\, higher employee engagement\, and better outcomes related to conflict and employee morale.\n\n\n\nBuilding on the successes of StrengthsGenius \, Relationship Architects has turned its attention to community development\, launching their newest program\, Strong Communities  in 2018.
