The festivities will begin at 8:00am with the Art of Healthy Living 5k and one mile fun run presented by Walgreen's\, McDonald's of Maury County\, and Pet Pals of Maury County. Students from The Tennessee Career Institute will offer free sports and hand massages following the run from 9:00am until 4:00pm\n\n \n\n \n\n From 9:00am until5:00pm guest will enjoy a unique shopping experience when more than 40 artisans open for business. Artisans will offer original works in a variety of styles\, mediums and price ranges. Paintings\, glass\, jewelry\, pottery\, photography\, wearable\, reclaimed and repurposed works of art will be available.\n\n \n\n \n\n We have an amazing lineup of musicians scheduled to performing on this year's First Farmers and Merchants Stage. Don't miss performances by Logan Blade\, Roy Harper\, Damien Boggs\, Makky Kaylor\, RedHead Express and more.\n\n \n\n \n\n Discover your inner artist. Visit General Motor's "Picasso's Playground"...an interactive experience for the whole family. Adults and children will enjoy working with award winning artists to create their own masterpiece. Susan E. Jones will instruct a sunflower "Paint-Along". Receive tips and pointers from professional photographer Brian Sherman (The first 20 participants will receive a free disposable camera.) Chalk with Quan McFall. Author Kathleen Kidder will help you pin a verse or write a short short. Work in clay with "The Art Lady" Jamie Moon and try your hand at acrylics' with artist Matthew A.
