Business Development Manager

AtWork of Columbia is searching for a new Business Sales Development manager to add to our team! We are searching for someone that has the hunger for sales and the desire to grow! Here at AtWork, we are more than just a staffing agency; we truly put our clients needs first and do our best to keep both the client and the employee happy! Customer service is our passion!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that likes to be on the go and not tied down to a desk all day! Your primary role as the BDM is to establish, grow, and maintain business relationships!

The ideal candidate for this exciting role will be someone that is a TEAMPLAYER! One thing that is imperative for this operation to work well is being a team player, also be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner! Job Duties/Expectations;

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Communication is a must. Phone etiquette and professionalism is a must.
• Update Daily CRM and Notes
• Maintaining and developing current client relationships
• Assisting Branch Manager in other areas when needed
