The last few years have been record-setting years for Landers Insurance Agency. We are looking for a Personal Lines Sales and Service Rep to join our team as we continue this momentum through 2024 and beyond. If you are an outgoing, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team player, this is your opportunity. Great sales and service skills are necessary. Insurance experience and license are preferred but not required.

 Position Description
The primary responsibilities are the solicitation and sale of new business and servicing and retaining existing clients.
 
Position Responsibilities

1. Meet the activity goals and sales goals jointly established with management and regularly keep management apprised of the progress in achieving the goals.
2. Identify new customers and gather the necessary information for future appointments.
3. Develop, present, and sell new insurance products to prospects.
4. Comply with standards established by the agency.
5. Perform periodic service and goodwill calls on accounts and coordinate customer service requests generated.
6. Provide professional advice, guidance, and suggestions for improving the risk management programs of clients and prospective clients.
7. Actively pursue the sale of additional coverage and policies to existing customers.
8. Achieve educational and professional development goals established by management.
9. Perform special projects at management's request.
10. Maintain a professional demeanor, and actively support and promote a positive public image for the agency.
