As the first female executive to lead Tennessee Farm Bureau Rhedona Rose knows a few things about working in a male dominated field. Rose began working at Tennessee Farm Bureau in 1986 and became director of Public Policy and chief lobbyist in 1995. She served in that capactiy until she was named executive vice president in December 2010. Now taking on the responsibilities of Chief Administrative Officer, she has become the first female to lead the Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation.
