About the speaker:
Lori Weir is the founder and CEO of Relationship Architects. Her achievements range from serving as the Executive Director for the local Chamber of Commerce to leading US Telecommunications for Deloitte. Throughout a 20-plus year career in Technology and Chamber of Commerce Leadership, Consulting and Entrepreneurship, Lori Weir has accumulated a broad and diverse portfolio of skills and industry awareness. The key to her success, however, has been in recognizing and developing the unique contributions of individuals, teams and volunteers. Her passion for the Unique Genius within each person led her to integrate a strengths-based approach into Relationship Architects suite of services.
Relationship Architects pioneered the StrengthsGenius© curriculum, an innovative approach to organizational transformation that focuses on identifying the unique talents of individuals and teams based on the Clifton StrengthsFinder© assessment. Essentially, StrengthsGenius© allows employers to take note of what is oh so right with their employees so that they may more effectively and strategically capitalize on their skills. Organizations who’ve participated in StrengthsGenius© consistently report less turnover, higher employee engagement, and better outcomes related to conflict and employee morale.
Building on the successes of StrengthsGenius©, Relationship Architects has turned its attention to community development, launching their newest program, Strong Communities© in 2018. Initially introduced in West Tennessee, word of mouth has taken Strong Communities as far as Lima, Peru.
Now in its seventh year, Relationship Architects has offices in Nashville, Knoxville, and Jackson, Tennessee, has served clients all across the United States and now has global reach.
