 Founded by Cynthia Marlow Foster, Merited Favor Safe House is a safe place for women to start fresh and reclaim the life they envision for themselves after being released from a treatment center, jail, or prison.​ 

Merited Favor Safe House offers their residents the opportunities needed to create a solid and productive foundation for their lives, through programmatic and supportive services. ​They equip and prepare their residents with the necessary tools to function in a healthy and productive manner in society.
