Hosted by Admiral Communities at Woodland Community

Step right up for family fun, community connections, and exciting opportunities to find your next home!

Admiral Communities invites neighbors, families, and guests of all ages to our Carnival & Open House at Woodland Community. Enjoy coffee, popcorn, hot dogs, drinks, and snacks, along with games, axe throwing, prizes, and gift card giveaways. Axe throwing will be subject to activity age requirements and safety guidelines.

Whether you already call Woodland home or are exploring a move, come meet our team, experience the community, and enjoy a welcoming day together. Discover rental deals, move-in doorbusters, and special offers for new and existing residents.

The carnival kicks off October 21, and the promotional celebration continues through October 31! Explore available homes and learn about the move-in promotions designed to make your next chapter more affordable.

We warmly welcome Chamber members and encourage them to invite fellow members and community partners. We also invite the Chamber to share this event with local press and news outlets—we would love to welcome media representatives to meet our team and see what’s happening at Woodland.

Bring your family, bring a friend, and come enjoy the fun. We look forward to welcoming you!
