Chef Randy Landry first began cooking professionally in 1989, opening up his first restaurant a couple of years later. His specialty is Creole cooking, which he will be demonstrating on the Natchez Hills Vineyard Patio for this event. Chef Landry grew up in New Orleans, and it shows by his ability to exemplify New Orleans cooking with every dish he makes!
