Saturday Apr 11, 2026
8:00 AM - 11:00 AM CDT
The Maury Regional Health Care Foundation is proud to host this long-standing tradition in support of its mission to promote a healthier Maury County. Proceeds from the 2026 Mule Kick 5K & 1-Mile Trot will provide operational support for Maury Regional Health’s mobile unit, which delivers health care services to at-risk patients in rural and underserved areas. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Foundation’s Wellness and Aquatics Center Healthy Living Endowment and the Columbia Parks & Recreation Department. In addition, the Maury County school with the highest participation in the 5K will receive a donation from the Foundation to support its physical education program.
The Mule Kick 5K is a 3.1-mile course that starts and finishes at Riverwalk Park in Columbia, while the 1-Mile Trot is a fun run—or walk!—for all ages. The 2026 race will take place on Saturday, April 11.
