DESCRIPTION:Columbia State Community College is excited to invite your members and community to join us for the Southern Regional Technology Center (SRTC) Grand Opening and Drone Show on Friday\, August 21\, at our Columbia Campus (1665 Hampshire Pike)\, and we'd appreciate your help spreading the word about this free family-friendly event.\n\n\n\nThis special evening celebrates the opening of the Southern Regional Technology Center\, a collaborative partnership between Columbia State\, TCAT Pulaski and TCAT Hohenwald that will help prepare students for high-demand careers across our region. Learn more about this regional hub for education and training: ColumbiaState.edu/SRTC.\n\n\n\nThe evening will feature:\n\n\n	\n	A grand opening ceremony\n	\n	\n	An opportunity to explore the new Southern Regional Technology Center and discover the future of workforce training\n	\n	\n	Live music by Merchants of Cool\n	\n	\n	A spectacular drone show celebrating the grand opening of the SRTC\, Columbia State's 60th Anniversary as Tennessee's first community college\, and America's 250th\n	\n\n\nEvent Schedule\n\n\n	\n	6:30 p.m.: Grand Opening Ceremony\n	\n	\n	7:00 - 8:15 p.m.: Open House & Live Music\n	\n	\n	Approximately 8:30 p.m.: Drone Show\n	\n\n\nFamilies are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and picnic suppers and enjoy an evening of celebration and innovation. Admission is free.
