She and her husband\, Justin\, originally founded 431 after the Lord opened their eyes to the need for women's crisis support in the community. \n\nHer work has fueled exponential\, sustainable growth now serving over 200 unique women per year and has drawn national and international attention. Organizations from Pennsylvania\, New York\, and even Australia have sought her mentorship to replicate her unique approach in their own communities.\n\nRachel is a respected speaker\, strategist\, and advocate for women often left out of traditional systems. She created tools like the Re:Store Me Assessment to track holistic progress across life and employment goals\, and regularly trains leaders in nonprofit governance and client-centered program design. She lives in Middle Tennessee with her husband and two daughters and spends her time writing\, mentoring\, and tending to their family farm.\n\n\n\nMatt Daniels\n\nMatt Daniels has served as the Associate Administrator for Pinewood Springs since February 2025. He joined the hospital after serving as the Director\, Leadership & Organizational Development (L&OD) for HCA's Operations and Service Lines Group (OSG).\n\n\n\nAs Associate Administrator\, Matt has taken on multiple strategic and operational projects including but not limited to employee engagement and retention initiatives\, evaluation of growth opportunities for Outpatient services\, the expansion of medical coverage capabilities for inpatients under our care\; and most recently\, has expanded his role to include Nashville market Intake centralization and network optimization.\n\n\n\nMatt has been with HCA Healthcare for 4 years\, with all of his previous experience coming within L&OD. Under his direction\, service line teams experienced annual increases in leadership development program graduates\, talent review participation rates\, and transitional leadership support opportunities. Highlights include providing comprehensive OD support of the executive leadership transition within the Sarah Cannon Cancer Network in 2024\, and facilitating the addition of Behavioral Health Services to both the Director Development Program (DDP) and Executive Development Program (EDP) for 2025 and beyond.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining HCA in 2022\, Matt managed operations and sales initiatives for a start-up hearing technology company. Prior to that\, he spent nearly 10 years as a secondary education teacher and coach in two of the most prestigious public-school systems in the country. Throughout that time\, he served as a successful high school football head coach for 4 years and taught Advanced Placement (AP) Psychology\, Marketing\, US History\, and Leadership Development. Before transitioning careers and becoming an educator\, Matt spent 6 years as a consultant in Washington\, D.C.\, mainly assisting clients in disputes and investigations\, risk-assessments\, and government contracting support. \n\n \n\nMatt holds a Master of Education from the University of North Texas as well as his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Wake Forest University. Matt is also a Certified Financial Healthcare Professional (CFHP).\n\n \n\nMatt and his wife\, Lindsey\, reside in Franklin\, TN and have 3 daughters (Mackenzie- 7\, and twins Samantha and Keeley- 4)\, and 2 boxer dogs named Frankie and Dolly.\n\n\n\nAndrew Norman\n\nWith over five years of experience in the mental health field\, I have worked across multiple levels of care and leadership.
